NSF to Bar Funded Collaboration with Entities on U.S. Restricted Parties Lists

NSF plans to prohibit NSF-funded collaboration, appointments, and research support involving entities on U.S. restricted parties lists, starting in Fiscal Year 2027. AORs and senior/key personnel will be required to certify compliance at the time of proposal submission.
