Award Type Definitions
| TYPE | DEFINITION |
|---|---|
| Active | Award has been fully set up (all administrative/regulatory award setup tasks are completed, and a Banner Grant number assigned). The Final Expiration Date is in the future. |
| Administrative Complete | The Final Expiration Date is in the past; All administrative actions required to close the award have been completed; financial actions required to close the award are ongoing. |
| Advance Account | Once approved and processed, allows the setup of a fund and account when it is necessary to incur expenses prior to an award being fully setup. |
| Closed | All applicable administrative, financial, and award deliverables have been completed; the final expiration date is in the past. |
| Financial Reconciliation Complete | The Final Expiration Date is in the past; All financial actions required to close the award have been completed; administrative actions required to close the award are ongoing. |
| Hold | Award is on hold pending an administrative/regulatory/financial issue. |
| Inactive | Record was created in error and is deactivated. |
| Under Closeout Review | Final Expiration Date is in the past; administrative and financial closeout activities are underway. |
| Under Review | Notice of Award has been received and is under review for terms. |
