eCLAWs is a simple contract and agreement workflow system that asks questions to help you provide the right information needed by your Reviewer(s) and Signatories in order to process your research related contract as quickly as possible.

Research Contract Submitters:  To submit a contract or agreement for review:

• Have a copy of your contract (in electronic format), any supporting documents (Statements of Work, Certificates of Insurance, etc.) ready to upload to the system
• Review the “eCLAWs Submit a Contract or Agreement for Review” instructions
  • eCLAWS Contract Review
  • Research & Innovation Contract/Agreement Types defined
  • Select Organization Contacts from an Existing Org Profile
• Log into eCLAWs
